- Aus Product Lines trading as EzyIron provides Australia Post ground-shipping services to our customers for its reliability and convenience. Orders are forwarded within 2 days of receiving your order. Domestic Australian deliveries take approximately 3-4 days from the day your product is shipped. Express post is available (within Australia) and orders should be received within 2 days of your order being shipped. Aus Product Lines trading as EzyIron also offers shipping to countries outside of Australia. Please refer to your specified delivery options during your checkout.

- Returns & Exchanges
- Of course, we wish that you enjoy and are satisfied with the merchandise you purchase from Aus Product Lines. Nonetheless, if you are unsatisfied or would prefer a size exchange, please return your unused items within 7 days of purchase. A flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your order refund towards return postage. Simply re-pack your items in their original packaging, along with any original tags attached. Aus Product Lines will not accept returns without their original tags. Please include the packing slip and send it to the address below using a trackable and insured shipping method.

- Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy using the 'add to cart' link. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and the site will direct you to a page where the order may be finalized. You can replace or remove the contents of your shopping cart at any time. Please note that your request is not confirmed until all necessary payment detailed are entered during checkout. Customers may also create an account, which only contains your shipping address details; this can then be used for future purchases to save time during future checkout online purchases with Aus Product Lines. Order acceptance and completion of contract between you and Aus Product Lines will occur at the delivery of your order, unless we have notified you that the order has not been accepted, or you have chosen to cancel it in accordance with the instructions in Returns & Cancellation. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

- What are Aus Product Linespayment options? Currently we accept credit card payments made by VISA and MasterCard. We also accept payments through PayPal accounts. Direct Deposit payments are also available. We don't accept cash or cheques for online orders.
When am I billed for my order? The order is promptly billed at the time of delivery.
What are Coupons? Aus Product Lines offers discounts and promotional codes which we call Coupon Promotions. These rewards are offered for a limited amount of time and the date is specified along with the promotional content, unless stated otherwise.
How do I use my Coupon code? All Coupon Promotions offered by Aus Product Lines are accompanied by codes, written either on the flyer or received electronically though a promotional email. During the checkout of your online purchase, enter the code in the specified “Coupon Code” box.
